ICS Patch removes 'Private', allows configuration of info and adds new Admin feature
- Creates a separate calendar subscription for administrators with a ics URL which is only visible for admins
- Allows use of privacy settings to hide reservation info to users, while still being able to see detailed info in Administrator's subscribed ics calendars
- Fixes a change introduced in version 2.7.7 of Booked Scheduler where only the title of the reservation is shown in the top of the event in the calendar subscription.
- As in previous versions of Booked Scheduler (prior to 2.7.7), it is possible to change the configuration to show each field in the calendar subscription.
